Amy Edwards

Hi, I’m Amy Edwards—and welcome to The Edwards Table.

This podcast is a place where stories matter, honesty is welcome, and hope always has the final word. Each week, I pull up a chair with my daughter Maddie and together, we dive into real conversations—about the hard stuff, the healing, and everything in between.

I’m a wife, mom, and co-owner of Rodyna Contracting with my best friend and husband of over 28 years, John. When I’m not recording an episode or running a job site, you can usually find me in the kitchen—cooking is my therapy, and nothing makes me happier than sharing something homemade with people I love. Oh, and if you hear the occasional sigh or snore in the background, that’s probably Ruby, our chocolate Lab, faithfully curled up by my side.

Life isn’t always easy (I know that firsthand), but I’ve found that when we sit down, share our hearts, and listen with compassion, redemption shows up in the most beautiful ways. Whether we’re unpacking our own journeys or hearing from someone brave enough to share theirs, this table is a safe space for growth, grace, and a whole lot of encouragement.

So grab your coffee—or your tissues—and join us every Wednesday. There’s always a seat for you here.

Maddie Edwards

Hello, my name is Maddie Edwards! I am in my early twenties and the daughter of Amy Edwards. As my mom shares her story, I will sit to listen, provide questions, and provide a source of comfort! I love doing anything creative such as drawing, knitting, writing and reading. I am easily lost in a book or drawing with my headphones playing music. My favorite food to cook with my mom is anything sweet! Hoping to provide the podcast warm and introspective dialogue, with a splash of southern sass.
